This Managing Business Change geared for corporate executives and/or business owners will be held at the New Albany Country Club, 1 Club Lane, New Albany, Ohio, 9:00am - 12:00pm, June 25, 2015.

This session will focus on:
- The stages of individual transition and how the acknowledgement of your own reality shapes the way you and your teams move through the change curve.
- A framework to leverage in your organization based on the book ‘Switch’ by Dan and Chip Heath. You’ll be introduced to the role you play as the ‘rider and elephant’, the importance of habits, and how to instill lasting change anywhere you go.
- Practical and simple ways to utilize the change framework as it relates to changes your organization or team is currently going through.
- Getting change to stick and sustain in your business to drive success.

Larry has both an MBA (’82) and a BS degree both in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He has served on the Corporate Advisory Boards for the University of Dayton and Xavier. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Miami of Ohio and Ohio State. He is a member of The Sierra Institute, an organization of Chief HR Officers for major US and International corporations. He is a prior member of the Health Management Academy HR Forum consisting of the top 50 healthcare companies in the US and SHRM, the Society of Human Resources Management. He has spoken at numerous industry conferences on various topics including annual conferences for AON/Hewitt, Towers/Watson, and Gallup.
