StrengthFinder Professional Development Session 2015
Geared towards young professionals, this StrengthFinder® Professional Development Session will teach you how to best leverage your natural talents & strengths. Held at Royal American Links, 3300 Miller Paul Rd., Galena, OH (7.9 miles from New Albany), 1:00pm – 5:00pm, on May 28, 2015.
You have the opportunity to do what you do best every day! This session is all about providing you with insight into you as a leader. With the Gallup tool, you will learn what your top five strengths are and how you can leverage them to drive your performance. You’ll have the opportunity to analyze your own strengths, learn how they relate to the four domains of leadership, and see what strengths look like from a “balcony and basement” view. That view will show you how your strengths can be an advantage and what to watch out for when leveraging your strengths. Gallup is a leading research organization and Strength Finders is based on extensive scientific research around personal performance.
This session is facilitated by Larry Fultz, SVP & Chief Human Resource Officer for The Limited. Larry has a long history of HR Leadership roles in several major corporations. In total Larry has over 35 years of business leadership experience primarily in Human Resources and Accounting. Prior to joining The Limited, Larry was the SVP and CHRO for Vanguard Health Systems, a $6.5 Billion dollar Healthcare company based in Nashville, TN. Other top HR leadership roles include Victoria’s Secret; Cintas an uniform and business services Company located in Cincinnati, OH; Lexis-Nexis the premier on-line legal information business located in Dayton, OH; and Whirlpool Corporation, the world’s largest appliance company, located in Benton Harbor, MI.
Larry has both an MBA (’82) and a BS degree both in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He has served on the Corporate Advisory Boards for the University of Dayton and Xavier. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Miami of Ohio and Ohio State. He is a member of The Sierra Institute, an organization of Chief HR Officers for major US and International corporations. He is a prior member of the Health Management Academy HR Forum consisting of the top 50 healthcare companies in the US and SHRM, the Society of Human Resources Management. He has spoken at numerous industry conferences on various topics including annual conferences for AON/Hewitt, Towers/Watson, and Gallup.
