About Us
Marburn Academy is an independent day school in Central Ohio devoted to serving the educational needs of students who learn differently due to dyslexia, executive function difficulties, and attention challenges. Marburn is accredited by the Independent School Association of the Central States (ISACS) and is one of only 19 schools nationwide with its language instruction program accredited by the Orton-Gillingham Academy. Marburn Academy serves more than 300 students in grades 1-12 across three divisions and in its Summer School. Marburn also seeks to improve the quality of education available to people who learn differently throughout Central Ohio and the state. Through the Marburn Education Collaborative, operating out of two locations, Marburn acts as a resource for students, parents, educators, psychologists, and other professionals.
