For nearly three decades, Dr. Shawn Arrington has worked at the intersection of health, leadership, education and human performance.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, former healthcare executive and business owner, national educator, and health strategist, Shawn brings more than 28 years of real-world experience helping people navigate challenge, change and high-pressure environments.

For 20 years, she built and led a healthcare organization—giving her firsthand understanding of the demands facing today's leaders and employees: competing priorities, constant change, burnout, responsibility for others, and the pressure to continue performing even when life outside of work doesn't stop.

Her experience spans clinical practice, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, education, consulting and speaking, allowing her to connect with audiences from the front line to the C-suite.
