This 4-week course is perfect for individuals interested in learning more, or simply getting back to the basics of meditation. “Intro to Meditation” will guide you through the foundations of meditation practice and allow you to gain a better understanding of the benefits meditation can have on the mind, body, and over-all wellbeing. Meditation can calm your mind, reduce levels of stress and anxiety, and maximize your ability to focus. Allow our experienced instructor, Lori Bower, to guide you through how to meditate, and also how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine.
