Beginner Flow Yoga (Mornings & Evenings)
This yoga series is perfect for beginning students as well as individuals familiar with yoga, but want to build on the basics. Come allow our experienced instructor, Lori Bower, to guide you through the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment, so that you will gain increased confidence, flexibility, and stability. Modifications will be made so everyone can do what’s best for their body and get the most out of their practice.
