Fitness as a Family
Fitness as a Family is a program designed to promote health and wellness among families through fun and engaging physical activities. Our program focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where families can bond, stay active, and develop healthy habits together. Each class will include a variety of fitness stations focused on exercising different body parts where families can encourage each other in their workouts!
