Foundations for Full Body Fitness
The course will serve as an introduction to full body exercises using scientifically proven, effective approaches. We have a phased approach focusing on stability, flexibility, core, strength and muscle development. Full body workouts are valuable because they target multiple muscle groups in a single session, providing a comprehensive and efficient way to improve overall fitness - so join us on this fitness journey! Our goal is to lay a firm foundation for beginners and those returning to exercise.

• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany, OH) • If the weather is nice - class will be outside on the Outdoor Patio. Otherwise, class will be inside the Heit Center
