Fall is among us and that means it's time for hayrides, apple picking, crunchy leaves and - of course - pumpkin spice EVERYTHING! Pumpkin is full of healthy vitamins, iron and fiber, but it's also delicious and versatile in the kitchen. We'll explore different ways to use pumpkin as we go digging for pumpkin seeds to make a crunchy fall snack and blend up pumpkin pie smoothies with fresh whipped cream.
