Have you ever heard of Friluftsliv? It is a Norwegian word and way of life that means “open air living”. This year has provided many challenges, but also an incredible opportunity for more people to get outside and connect with nature. Join us and find out how Friluftsliv inspired the creation of new outdoor classes at Healthy New Albany for every season of the year. We will be taking a short walk through Rose Run park after a brief indoor presentation.
