Nourish Homeschool: The Science of Ice Cream Cooking Class

Join instructor Eileen Pewitt for an introduction to Homeschool educational experiences at Healthy New Albany. In this Nourish culinary class, "The Science of Ice Cream", 4th - 6th grade students, and their adults, will learn some basic science behind one of our favorite treats - ice cream! We will all scream for ice cream in hand made cones and with fruit skewers. The class will also provide a basic introduction to some of the skills that are taught during our Cooking for Life Classes in the Demonstration Kitchen at Healthy New Albany.
