Create a restaurant quality steakhouse dinner in your own kitchen (or we’ll use the grill, weather permitting). In this hands-on cooking class, you will master the techniques to cook a perfectly seared steak and craft classic sides to make your meal a true steakhouse dinner experience. We’ll prepare and then feast on seared ribeye with a peppercorn cream sauce, au gratin or twice baked potatoes, roasted veggies, a classic Caesar salad and chocolate lava cake.
