Reiki Level 1 Training & Attunement

Reiki is an energy therapy that activates the body's natural healing process, balancing one's physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy - the energy that flows through all living things.

In this workshop you will receive the Level 1 attunements and learn how to treat yourself and others. You will explore the origins of reiki, the reiki principles, the human energy system, hand positions for self treatment, and practice giving and receiving reiki.

Participants who complete training will receive Level 1 Reiki Certification (which allows them to provide reiki to others).

This class is available to all - no experience necessary. Come join us on this healing journey!

Note: We will take a mid-day break for lunch - please either pack a lunch or select the add-on $15 fee for a vegan and gluten-free lunch provided by Portia's Cafe.
