Student Health & Wellness Expo
Please join us for an evening of health and wellness for all families raising school-aged children (Pre-K through High School). Free chair massages, cooking demos and mindfulness techniques are just a few of the interactive opportunities available.
Participants include: New Albany Police with Ident-A-Kid cards and a chance to use the drunk driving simulator; Nationwide Children's Hospital with dietitians, massage therapists, physical therapists and mental health resources; Healthy New Albany with yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques; Ohio Opioid Education Alliance; several students clubs and organizations; Girls on the Run; New Albany Parks & Recreation; Plain Township Fire Department with CPR education and demos; parent groups and more.
