TIGER Talk: Smash the Box

“Smash the Box” is an immersive experience where audiences will learn about the “4 Walls of the Mental Box” and the 4 “Smash the Box” techniques needed to unleash innovation.

The “4 Walls of the Mental Box” that keep us boxed-in are “Fear, Perfection, Negativity, and Judgment.”

In contrast, the 4 “Smash the Box” techniques will allow audience members to break out of the box by breaking patterns, routines, and closed mindsets.

This TIGER Talk will be led by Chad J. Willett (MA/ SAG-AFTRA). Chad is a TEDx speaker, two time author (“Smash the Box” and “Rip Off the Rearview Mirror”), and creativity and innovation leader who leverages his acting background with his experience in working America to create one of a kind keynote addresses and workshops for his audiences.

He was featured in the hit films “She’s All That” with Paul Walker, “Halloween H2O” with Jamie Lee Curtis, and “Can’t Hardly Wait” with Jennifer Love Hewitt. Recently, Chad was cast (Role- Bill Ryan/ Reporter) in the feature film, “Shirley” (Netflix- 2023) where he acted alongside Oscar-Winning actress Regina King and worked with Academy Award winning director John Ridley.
