Yoga: Summer Rejuvenation Flow at Hinson
Summer Rejuvenation Flow is a gentle yet energizing yoga flow to start out your summer day, stoking your inner sunshine. This will be beginner friendly, with options to advance if you are already familiar with yoga. Lots of focus on hips and shoulders, mobility, and building strength in the poses.
