Community Manager - Brick House Blue New Albany

Brick House Blue is a vibrant co-working and meeting space in the heart of central Ohio. We are a small business actively growing, with expansion to multiple new properties over the next year such as Hilliard, New Albany, Lancaster, Findlay and Sydney.

We are looking for a few additions to the team!

The Community Management role specifically focuses on community engagement, along with the general hospitality of Brick House Blue members. People with a background in Account Management, Real Estate Sales, Marketing, Leasing Management, or community facing roles tend to do well in this role.

This role requires a strategic and pro-active mindset, while being multi-faceted in its approach. It will require some combination of strong service skills and marketing outreach. You will manage the contracts and on-boarding of new customers, while strategically aligning pipelines for those waiting on future office space. You will be the face of the space! Every community member will know your name and they will rely on you and the staff to ensure their daily experience in our spaces are maximized.

We are currently seeking individuals who are familiar with the New Albany and Plain City Communities. Someone who wants to to connect with the local chambers, non-profits, start-ups, and general community.

Additionally, the role requires attention to day to day operations within Brick House Blue, with preparation to all aspects of current expansion, ongoing marketing and outreach to drive and attract entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers and others looking for private office space or co-working options, A creative and innovative approach to increasing community awareness of Brick House Blue is essential.

Summary:

- Reports to the VP of Ops

- Set the Community Outreach and Marketing Strategy for Co-working

- Oversee all operational functions in their assigned sites

- Key objective is to support the selling of open memberships and retain co-working memberships/offices for your assigned site

- Align Sales Strategy with overall Community Management Team, while being a key contributor in various marketing strategies.

- Conduct Market Analysis and demographic reporting

- Provide Monthly reports on pipeline and retention of members

- Face of the business in the community by attending events and relationship opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
