Acloche is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented candidate with strong customer service and cash handling skills for a banking environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist customers with account services, deposits, and inquiries
- Support debit card and online banking issues
- Handle cash transactions and review account activity
- Respond to calls, emails, and customer complaints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Must have customer service and cash handling experience
- Strong communication, math skills, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work weekends if needed
